Each week at Albert Park Hotel, we’re serving a rotating roast inspired by bold Cantonese flavours — from crispy pork belly to sizzling beef and roast duck.

Every dish is built around a hero cut, paired with sides designed to balance richness with freshness and heat.

All roasts are served with sticky Sichuan potatoes and Chinese slaw.

$80 for two.
