This season, we are introducing a new hero: Crayfish Kombu XO Noodle — local crayfish served cold with egg noodles, spring onion and our house Kombu XO. Fresh, delicate and full of flavour, it is the ultimate warm-weather dish.$110 per half crayfish.
Alongside our signature Cantonese preparations, this is crayfish at its absolute best: vibrant, simple, and made for long afternoons.
