Named Halliday Wine Companion’s Best New Winery of the Year in 2025, Elanto is one of Australia’s most exciting new premium-vineyard developments. With its close-planted sites taking a distinctive, site-driven approach to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, Elanto is already establishing a compelling new voice in Australian fine wine.
Throughout the evening, Elanto’s Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will be poured alongside exceptional Burgundies, creating a thoughtful conversation around site, season and style. On top of these wines, Sandro will launch two exciting new Elanto ‘Lieu Dit’ Pinot Noirs.
From the finesse and structure of Burgundy to the distinct personalities of Elanto’s vineyard expressions, each wine has been selected to reveal the nuance in every glass.
The menu brings bold, layered flavours to the table, beginning with charred salmon and moving through truffle xiao long bao, Sher Wagyu dumplings and twice-cooked duck.
With just 44 places available, this is a rare opportunity to experience Elanto’s wines, including two new releases, in a close, relaxed setting guided by the winemaker himself.
