Join us for an intimate, guided wine dinner celebrating the incredible wines of Elanto.
Over the course of the evening, Elanto’s Chardonnay and Pinot Noir will be poured alongside benchmark French expressions, creating a conversation around site, season and style. From Chablis and Volnay to the distinct personalities of Elanto’s vineyard releases, each pairing has been selected to reveal the nuances within every glass.
The menu brings bold, layered flavours to the table, beginning with charred salmon and moving through truffle xiao long bao, Sher Wagyu dumplings and twice-cooked duck. The evening concludes with Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise.
With just 44 spaces, this is a rare opportunity to experience the wines in a close, relaxed setting, with plenty to discover in every course.
