For one day only, we’re inviting guests on a rare culinary journey through the diverse regional cuisines of China with a specially curated shared banquet exploring the distinct flavours of Fujian, Xinjiang, Sichuan, Beijing, Shanghai and Canton (Guangdong).
Designed for sharing and discovery, each course highlights a different region’s ingredients, cooking techniques and signature flavour profile — revealing the incredible diversity that exists across Chinese cuisine.
Travel from Fujian’s refined coastal seafood dishes to the bold cumin-spiced flavours of Xinjiang, the unmistakable mala heat of Sichuan, comforting northern-style dishes from Beijing, elegant Shanghai favourites and the delicate balance of Cantonese cooking.
This is more than a banquet — it’s a rare exploration of regional Chinese food culture, created for curious diners, generous tables and long conversations.
