A one-day-only Cantonese-inspired pork banquet. Prepare to pig out at our boldest feast yet – a flavour-packed celebration of pork from head to toe, fire to finish.
Start with rich pork bone soup, truffle xiao long bao and crispy pig ears with Sichuan pepper. Then dive into a generous pork platter featuring char siu jowl, crispy belly, BBQ ribs and Beijing-style sausage, with sticky rice, smashed cucumber and house plum sauce.
End on a sweet note with five spice donuts, sesame, Oolong caramel and vanilla ice cream.
