For one afternoon only, The Albert Park Hotel brings together two things that belong in the sunshine: pristine seafood and the elegance of William Fèvre Chablis.

Hosted outdoors in our sunlit parklet, this long lunch celebrates Cantonese-style seafood at its freshest — from a generous seafood platter to cuttlefish ma jiang mien, hand-folded dumplings, confit salmon and seafood sticky rice. Each course is matched with a selection of William Fèvre Chablis, chosen for purity, minerality and that unmistakable Chablis brightness that shines in warm weather.

Expect a relaxed, open-air afternoon with exceptional seafood, beautiful wines and a parklet atmosphere made for summer.
