Oyster Bar & Grill

First things first, we support practises that ensure a sustainable future for the amazing Australian fishing industry.

Our primary supplier of fresh seafood is Clamms.  They source from wholesale markets direct through ports, aquaculture farms, respected suppliers throughout Australia and even individual fishermen.  Much of our fish can be traced back to a specific boat . . . that’s why we treat it with respect when it gets to the kitchen.  It’s wood barbequed, or grilled a la plancha, and there’s a section of the menu devoted entirely to whole fish.

And oysters; our oysters.  They’re served with salsa fresca or gingered soy to complement the specific and unique qualities of each variety.

Inspired by the spirit of Cuban and Asian hawker-style street food — Asia de Cuba — our approach is fresh, free-spirited and vibrant.  A celebration of eclectic flavours.

Fish Cafe

Our Fish Café is all about ease.  It’s food and fish that’s good and quick … and at a good price too.
Almost everything on the menu is less than 20 clams, sorry, dollars, and you can order it all day.

It’s relaxed, it's fun and it's great fish at great prices.  Pull up a bar stool and enjoy.
See?  Too easy.
