Welcome back Jamie Chesher.

Part of the opening team in 2006, Jamie returns to the APH with a wealth of experience and knowledge having just claimed 5th place in the World Havana Club Cocktail Grand Prix held in Havana Cuba. You can taste a few of Jamie's creations in our Public Bar or wander upstairs to find him in our specialist cocktail bar presenting upto 25 of his best and if that doesn't please.. simply ask him to create something specifically for you

. One Inch Punch - Dark rum, strawberry liqueur, lime, cinnamon, a dash of bitters and orange
. St Elmo - Honey vodka, Aperol, passionfruit, lemon and grapefruit finished with orange and mint
. Getafix’s Magic Potion - Gin, elderflower, lemon and apple with cucumber and mint
. White Chocolate Passionfruit Martini - Cariel vanilla vodka, Alize, white choc Monin, passionfruit, pink grapefruit and white fluff
. Rose Melon Martini - Vodka, rose water, watermelon liqueur, lemon, elderflower and fresh watermelon
. Blood Orange & Lychee Martini - Vanilla infused gin, Campari, Paraiso lychee liqueur, blood orange, fresh lychees and mint
. Champagne Pick-Up - Luxardo maraschino liqueur, lemon, orange and pineapple with Laurent Perrier
. The Grape Escape - Gin, jasmine green tea and pinot gris with a grape fruit twist
. Cytrus Twist - Belvedere Cytrus, apple and ginger liqueur, mint, lemon juice
. London Calling - Gin, sherry, lemon juice and sugar with orange bitters and an orange twist
. Bag Of Apples - Zubrowka Bison vodka, apple liqueur, a splash of Sav Blanc and a dash of elderflower
. Aperol Fizz - Pisco, Aperol, strawberries, rhubarb bitters, citrus and sugar
. My Old Mate - A spin on the Negroni with Rye whisky replacing the gin then balanced with Campari and red vermouth
. Mojito Revolution - Dark rum, brown sugar, fresh lime, caramel and chai-like spices of falernum
. Oriental Cleanser - Tanqueray tempered with a spicy mix of ginger, chai, coriander and lemon
. Mexican Mule - Tres generaciones tequila, pineapple and the sweetness of agave syrup is balanced by lime and the spice of ginger beer
. Frosty Fruit - Bacardi, with splashes of orange, lemon, passionfruit and pineapple
. Prickly Trickle - Wild Turkey American Honey and whiskey barrel bitters, finished with a hint of orange and white chocolate
. Next Generation - Tequila, cassis, fresh lime, apple and falernum
. Love You Long Time - Dark rum, passionfruit, chilli, basil, lime and ginger beer
. Honeysuckle - Remy Martin VSOP mixed with apple, honey and lime
. Secret Garden - Vodka with a blend of citrus, raspberries, cranberry and apples
. Billionaire - Sloe gin, cassis, apricot brandy, lime and grapefruit
. Hawaii 5-O - Dark rum and the tropical flavours of pineapple, coconut, lime and grapefruit
. Smokey & The Bandit - Bowmore 12yo whiskey, Antica Formula, agave syrup and whiskey barrel bitters
. Bonnie Prince Charlie - Drambuie, gin, honey, lemon and bitters
